Dr. Kevin M. Flanigan started working as a dentist in 1996 and joined Lancaster Dental Associates in 1997, becoming a co-owner of the practice in 2002. He is an alumnus of Nichols High School in Buffalo and graduated from the University of Rochester in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and a minor in Studio Arts. He received his degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1996 then completed a General Practice Residency program at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo in 1997. Dr. Flanigan has been honored with an award from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and also received the Teledyne Excellence in Prosthetics Award while attending University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He continues to expand his patient treatment options with ongoing continuing education courses in Implant and Mini-implant placement, Soft Tissue Lasers in Dentistry, and Advanced Cerec CAD/CAM Training. This training allows him to treat patients effectively while incorporating the latest forms of Implant, Soft Tissue Laser and Cerec CAD/CAM technology for tooth restorations such as tooth colored onlays, crowns and veneers. In addition to general family dentistry, Dr. Flanigan takes pride in his work with patients who can benefit from cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Richard D. Medico is a native of Long Island. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2004. He completed a general practice residency program at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo New York, in June 2005. While at his residency he attended the international conference on oral cancer in Crete, Greece. The project involved using the most modern technology available to measure craniofacial implant integration. This was the first study of its kind.

Dr. Kevin S. Hrab was born in Buffalo and grew up in the City of Tonawanda. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. In 1987 he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, achieving an additional minor degree in fixed prosthodontics with his doctorate degree.

Dr. Andrew P. Kowalski was born in Buffalo and grew up in Lancaster. He graduated from Canisius College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. In 2020, he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a two-year General Practice Residency Program at Erie County Medical Center.
Professionally he is a member of the American Dental Association, The New York State Dental Association, and the Eighth District Dental Society. He loves to travel and has spent time during his dental training providing care on volunteer trips to Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and various states within the US. Dr. Kowalski is a big Bills fan and currently lives in Buffalo with his fiancée Sarah and his dog Benson..
