We're Here Whenever You Need Us!
At Lancaster Dental, we know that pain has its own schedule. We want our patients to know that we're here for you, no matter when your dental emergency occurs. Our philosophy is that if you need us late at night, over the weekend, or even on a holiday, we're always on call for you and promise that we'll call you back within 15 minutes to find out what has happened and discuss how we can help.
Our dental office has one dentist on call at all times. If an emergency arises, call the office at 716-683-0891 . If the dental office is closed, the answering machine will state the Dentist on call and give the Dentist's pager number. Please call the pager and leave your phone number.
The Dentist on call will call you back within 15 minutes. We make every effort to see you as soon as possible. With that in mind please call as early as possible during regular office hours to facilitate you being seen promptly. After hour fees may apply.
